Boy are my days off. Colin has been home sick since Tuesday afternoon. I was going to send him to school today and his fever came back last night. The rule is that you can’t go back until you are fever free for 24 hours without using a fever reducing medicine.  I want him to get well and I don’t want to keep spreading germs around his classroom so I kept him home again today.  He’s driving me nuts because he won’t just sit and relax.  He’s forever moving around and I keep telling him that sleep and rest is what his body needs to heal. 

My card stash is completely empty!  While that means I get to start building it all over again it means I have no cards to fill a birthday card order.  I made this card today using Taylor’s sketch.  I also used the Paper Pals Color challenge of Melon Mambo, Pretty in Pink and Basic Black.  The patterned papers are from the Melon Mambo prints pack and the Sweet Pea dsp pack. 

I have 9 more birthday cards to make so I better get busy.
